Where can I use Apple Pay?
For the first time, Latvian residents can add a local bank’s – INDEXO Bank’s – card to their Apple Wallet and make payments with Apple Pay. Locals can!
Pay with your INDEXO Bank card wherever you see the contactless payment symbol – in stores, online and in apps where the Apple Pay logo is displayed. All you need is your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad or Mac.
I already have other bank cards in Apple Wallet (digital wallet). Do I need to delete them?
No. You can add the INDEXO Bank card as an additional payment method. Apple Wallet allows you to store multiple cards at the same time.
Which card will be used if I have several in my wallet?
At the moment of payment, you can choose which card to pay with. For your convenience, you can set the INDEXO Bank card as the default card. You can do this:
- Open Settings
- Select Wallet & Apple Pay
- Tap Default Card
- Select the INDEXO Bank card
What if I lose my INDEXO Bank card but it's added to Apple Wallet? Will I still be able to pay with my phone?
Immediately block the card in the INDEXO Bank mobile app. With a blocked card, payments, including Apple Pay, will not be accepted.
What if I lose the device with my INDEXO Bank card added? Will I still be able to pay with the physical card?
Contact us to block the use of the card with Apple Pay. In the meantime, you can still pay with your physical INDEXO Bank card. On a new device, you can add the card to Apple Wallet again.
