INDEXO Bank today opened an in-person Customer support center located in the Verde office complex at 1 Roberta Hirša street, Riga. At the new Customer support center, visitors can receive consultations and address non-standard issues without prior appointment. 

“Almost nothing is more annoying than the robotic support of tech companies that supposedly “perfectly” handle all your problems, and the realization that no other communication alternative is available. At INDEXO, we understand that a modern financial institution must offer not only digital solutions but also truly personalized customer support. Our goal is to ensure that customers can conveniently manage everyday banking services through the mobile app. However, we also recognize the importance of being able to receive personal consultations in person, especially for more complex issues such as mortgage loans,” says Valdis Siksnis, Chairman of the Management Board of INDEXO Bank. 

The INDEXO Customer support center is located on the first floor of the Verde B building. Its interior is designed as an open and welcoming space that fosters friendly and transparent communication. The center is open on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and visits are possible without prior booking.
